Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Most orders then arrive in 3–7 business days, as our products ship from US warehouses.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $50. A flat standard rate applies to smaller orders and is shown at checkout.
Will my order arrive in one box?
Not always. Items may ship from different warehouses, so you may receive more than one package, each with its own tracking number.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update.
Returns & problems
Can I return an item?
Yes — within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please email us first so we can give you the correct return address. See our Refunds & Returns page for details.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Toys & safety
What ages are your toys for?
Each product page lists the recommended age. Please follow it — it's there for safety as well as fun.
Do any toys contain small parts?
Some do. Toys with small parts are a choking hazard and are not suitable for children under 3. These are marked on the product page.
Do RC toys include batteries?
It depends on the product — check the product description. Adult supervision is recommended when charging batteries.

What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal and major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
