Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery time
Our products ship from warehouses in the US. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or due to carrier delays.
Shipping cost
- Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more.
- Orders under $50: a flat standard shipping rate, shown at checkout.
Multiple packages
Items in one order may ship separately from different warehouses. Each package has its own tracking number.
Wrong address or lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, email us at toyworks.store@gmail.com and we'll help.
